Impactors for Christ | Dennis Worre Interview

published 3 days, 8 hours ago

Our special guest speaker this week is Pastor Dennis Worre, who, along with his friend Roger Vann started the Jesus People revival in Minnesota some 50 years ago. Pastor Dennis has written a book called Jesus People Revival reminiscing over those days of revival among the young people in the Twin City area, which came alongside the revival that hit California back in the 1970s. It was a powerful time when young people were searching out God and found Jesus during the young hippie movement. It is now 50 years later, and his book tells us the story of what God did during those fruitful days of young people evangelism. Perhaps some of you came out of that Jesus People revival, and you can reminisce with us as we look back at all God did during those days.
